Cassandra | Director/Senior Occupational Therapist
Bachelor of Health Science/Masters of Occupational Therapy
Cassandra is a passionate and motivated therapist who has a strong belief in providing a holistic approach for her participants. Cassandra has a strong background in autism and ADHD, mental health and brain injury and has been working in the disability sector for 10 years. She has had experience in the areas of behavioural therapy including providing both ABA and ESDM therapeutic approaches in paediatric intervention. Cassandra is passionate about working with the individual, their families, teachers and carers to provide maximal benefit to the participant and ensuring those involved in their life are empowered to contribute to their progress.
Cassandra’s passion and interest in occupational therapy has been derived from having a sibling with a disability and has driven her to pursue a career in supporting others with disabilities. She enjoys working with the individual’s strengths and abilities and making therapy as fun and engaging for her client. She also enjoys sharing fun and creative activities she trials with her children, with parents who need guidance with therapeutic activities outside of therapy sessions.

Aleks| Managing Director
Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science
Aleks is an accredited Exercise Sport Scientist, who completed his degree at Western Sydney University. As Managing Director of Rise up Occupational therapy service, his role is to ensure smooth operations, effective policies, and strong team support. Aleks oversees daily operations, streamline workflows, and implements clear procedures to enhance efficiency and quality care. By working closely with our leadership team, Aleks helps create a positive environment where both participants and staff can thrive. His focus is on aligning with the Director/CEO to achieve the company’s strategic goals while providing direct support to our skilled professionals, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional outcomes. Ultimately, it’s about creating a sustainable, impactful organisation that makes a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Dennise| Senior Occupational Therapist
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy - First Class Honours
Dennise is an occupational therapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours first class) from Western Sydney University. Dennise has over five years of experience within the disability sector and has a passion to continue professional growth, learning and clinical skills within this sector. Dennise begun her career in pediatric early intervention, supporting children with Autism, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Further into her career her expertise expanded to include assistive technology prescription and home modifications, areas she is particularly passionate about. Dennise has variety of experiences in providing assessment and intervention planning for clients with neurological, developmental, and physical conditions. She aims to prioritise a client-centered and holistic approach, and is committed to empowering clients to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. Dennise aims to place communication, collaboration, empathy, and mutual respect at the forefront of her practice, to foster building strong therapeutic relationships that promote trust and deliver positive and meaningful outcomes.

Gabrielle| Senior Occupational Therapist
Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) - First Class Honours
Gabrielle is a passionate and enthusiastic therapist who graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) (Honours). She followed her passion into the NDIS community setting through her university placements working with children and adults with varying needs and disabilities. She has experience working with individuals with ASD, ADHD, global developmental delay and neurological conditions.
Gabrielle aims to empower individuals with disabilities through enhancing their independence, wellbeing and access in the community. She strives to work with clients, their carers and other stakeholders to provide sustainable and holistic therapy. She is also dedicated to taking up professional development opportunities to ensure that she is up to date with the current research to deliver best practice interventions.

Brigham| Senior Occupational Therapist
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
Brigham is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and engage meaningfully in everyday life. She began her career supporting older adults in a rehabilitation setting, developing skills in functional assessment, goal-directed intervention, and promoting independence. She later transitioned into paediatric practice, supporting children and families across early development, school readiness, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and fine and gross motor skill development.
Brigham also has experience supporting adolescents and older adults, giving her a holistic, lifespan perspective. She focuses on empowering participants through listening, adapting interventions to individual needs, and collaborating with families and support networks to foster meaningful engagement in everyday life.
She values building trusting, collaborative relationships, recognising that connection and understanding are central to positive therapeutic outcomes.

Siddhi has experience working with children and adults to empower participation in daily activities. Siddhi values working collaboratively with individuals to find personalised ways to engage in their therapy plans for positive outcomes. She is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their goals and lead fulfilling lives by addressing challenges in creative and meaningful ways.
Iara| Behaviour Therapist/Provisional Psycologist
Bachelor of Psychology (first class honours)
Iara is a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Therapist who strongly believes in providing holistic, individualised support to children, young people, and their families. She takes a strengths-based approach to practice, recognising the importance of understanding each individual within their broader family, school, and community context.
Iara has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is currently undertaking a Master of Clinical Psychology. She is currently registered as a Provisional Psychologist and has experience working across the disability and mental health sectors. In her role as a Behaviour Therapist, Iara supports individuals presenting with emotional regulation difficulties and behavioural challenges, while working closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency and meaningful progress across environments.
Iara is passionate about working collaboratively with families and values empowering parents and caregivers through practical strategies, education, and ongoing support. She believes that when families feel confident and supported, positive and sustainable outcomes are more achievable for the individual.
Iara enjoys working with each individual’s strengths and abilities and strives to make therapy engaging, supportive, and meaningful. She is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect, and to supporting individuals and families to reach their goals.

Battoul is currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University. She has experience working in Paediatric therapy and education. She has experience working alongside Occupational Therapists and Psychologists for children from trauma backgrounds and neurocognitive disorders. Battoul's passion revolves around enabling individuals to discover purpose in their everyday life, empowering them to engage in activities that enhance their overall well-being. Battoul emphasises the importance of spiritual health, recognising its profound impact on individuals' holistic well-being. She is bilingual in Arabic and English.

Kyla is currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney. Kyla has experience working in a multidisciplinary team working with both children and adults. Kyla is passionate about supporting individuals in reaching their goals by facilitating meaningful participation in everyday activities that are important to them. She is passionate about her studies and has adopted a client centred approach to improving holistic health and well-being. Kyla is dedicated to making a positive impact in helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve positive, long term outcomes through therapy.

Sophia is currently studying her first year at university towards her bachelor's and health science (clinical sciences) degree. She wishes to extend her studies to occupational therapy within the next few semesters. Sophia is passionate about the service and it's key intent to assist individuals through their path to gaining independence and reaching personal goals. By observing and assisting our OT's, Sophia is gaining knowledge and experience in preparing resources and understanding their effectiveness, overall enhancing her desire to work in this field.
